Terms of Participation
1. Upper limit of number of participants
10 choruses or orchestras of any age and composition (also dance groups). The participating groups will be selected by the artistic committee from all applications, based on the descriptions and recordings received.
2. Registration
Please send a recent photograph, a description of the chorus or orchestra, a recording made within the last year or YouTube link and suggestions for your program. Registration must be completed by June 1st (date of postmark).
3. Program
For the Gala Concert we request a secular program not longer than 15 minutes. Choruses may sing either a-cappella or with accompaniment (please bring your own instruments). The music should be typical of your home country and performance in national dress if applicable is desired. A grand piano will be provided for the Gala Concert. Changes in the program are only allowed with the concurrence of the artistic director. For the concert on one of the squares in Bad Hofgastein and on top of the mountain at the Schlossalm, an approx. 30-40 minutes program each is requested. The list should include the title of the piece, composer and duration, to be sent to the organizers not later than August 5th.
4. CANTUS MM - Compulsory Piece
A compulsory piece will be made known by the artistic committee. This piece will be performed by all the choruses and orchestras at the end of the Gala Concert. Music will be sent after registration and acceptance.
5. Gala Concert
Each group will perform in the Gala Concert on Saturday evening with a program of secular music that should last a maximum of 15 minutes. On Saturday afternoon each group has about 15 minutes for a technical rehearsal. The schedule will be announced upon arrival. The artistic director reserves the right to change the program after this rehearsal.
6. Individual Performance Venues
For the participating groups we organize an outdoor concert on a public square in Bad Hofgastein and an a-cappella concert on top of the mountain/Schlossalm. We ask you to send us your program for this two concerts (see section 3). The artistic committee reserves the right to change the program should it be necessary. The organizers will provide an electric piano for the performance on the square in Bad Hofgastein.

Registration
1. Registration Fee
The registration fee has to be paid for all participants (members of the chorus, orchestra, conductor, group leader and others). Inclusions: Participation at all cultural and social events during the Festival. Concert organisation, Festival Concert and individual performance venues. Montana:Musica composition, participation at "Hoagascht", CHORUS MM assistant, souvenir gift.
2. Registration Deadline
The deadline for registration is 1st June. Registrations received after this deadline can only be considered upon availability.
3. Registration
An advance payment of Euro 500,-- is due upon registration; payment to our account at the Oberbank Salzburg IBAN AT 021 509 000 121 362 727, BIC OBKLAT2L. The advance payment will be credited to the final invoice. The minimum total number of participants for the festival is 250. In case of a lower number of participants CHORUS MM reserves the right to cancel the festival. Advance payments will be reimbursed in full. With receipt of your advance payment the registration is binding.
